Best hotel restaurant – Pantrepant, Jamaica

While the hotel itself is beautiful, found on a working farm, the restaurant has been singled out.

Locally sourced food includes dishes such as roast jerk chicken and steamed callaloo, a vegetable similar to spinach, as well as freshly churned coffee ice cream.

Each dish is cooked by Mamma J, who has worked there for 20 years.
